Carmen Miller has over twenty-five years experience in the Health Insurance Industry and is dedicated to providing superior products and service based on the client's needs. Carmen is currently an insurance broker/consultant with the largest minority owned insurance agency in the U.S., with many clients throughout the state of Florida.  Carmen has been instrumental in the implementation and administration of employee benefit plans nationwide. 

As Manager of Account Services at McKinley Financial Services, Inc. (MFS), Carmen Miller is responsible for the overall management of group benefits for many municipalities and commercial accounts, and  oversees the implementation process of new accounts and the retention of existing accounts.                                            

Carmen is a native of Washington, D.C. and has been living in Florida for twenty years.  Since moving to Florida and prior, Carmen has held similar positions in Washington, DC, Virginia and Maryland.
