Based on the Bernard Hodes Group 2007 research document; Playing For Keeps; Recruiting for Retention, and the 2008 research document, Digital Voices Project  this presentation highlights key areas that are the primary causes of losing top talent in your organization, as well the reasons why employees stay.  This presentation will also highlight case studies where companies have been successful in recruiting for retention and focus on the engagement of the employee while continue to network and build relationships with exiting employees. This success is highlighted by the power of the Employer Brand.   While covering the 4 key cycles, Candidate, New Hire, Employee and Exiting Employee and how the touch points are different for each one, attendees will be able to visually see why this "voice of the customer" is key to attracting and retaining talent in this new economy!
